Jennifer Williams
Owner/Housing & Care Advisor
Jennifer has spent the better part of her career dedicated to the Senior community of Spokane, WA. With over 13 years of experience, Jennifer finds enjoyment by helping Seniors and their families navigate through the Senior Living maze. Jennifer has a huge heart for the elder community and it shows through the quality of her work. She takes pride in finding the best fit for her seniors so they can age in place. Her compassion allows her to be very patient and loving to each one of her families. Jennifer loves educating families on the different options available to them.
Heather Bopp
Housing & Care Advisor
Heather joined the Simpliage team recently as one of our Housing & Care Advisors. Her previous experience includes Family Advisor in a local Senior Community, and she held positions in vocational ministry as well as with a local non profit. Heather has a heart to serve seniors and their families in times of transition that can be completely overwhelming. She and her husband raised their two kids in Spokane, and are currently enjoying the adventure of empty nesting. Her career has been spent following the motto to work ‘with a purpose, on purpose’.
Sabrina Gonder
Director of Marketing & Outreach
Sabrina is a native of Spokane, and brings over 15 years of experience working with seniors. She enjoys building connections and understanding what matters most to individuals in their homes and communities. Passionate about helping seniors explore their options, Sabrina works to find the next best place for them to call home, where they can both live and thrive. As a Certified Health Coach, she has also had the opportunity to present to many senior living communities on the importance of hydration, balanced meals, and fostering a sense of community.
Michael Waldrip
Outreach Coordinator
Michael grew up in Spokane and has a huge heart for seniors. He has spent the better part of 15 years serving our Senior Community. Michael has a true passion for helping others and doing anything he can to help those in need. His knowledge of the senior industry helps him give the best customer service to those he helps, even if it’s not with SimpliAge. Michael is patient and truly allows the families his full attention and detail. Michael also has a unique gift of ventriloquism where he has preformed for countless seniors and senior communities. Fun fact about Michael is that he performed for former president Ronald Reagan. Michael was also highly involved in the Spokane Lilac association, where he received the Key to the City from former Mayor Mary Verner in 2009.

Medina has been working in different roles in senior living for the past eight years. She had the opportunity to be on the community level as well as be in the shoes of someone searching for a senior living option for a loved one myself. She prides herself on educating families about the options that they have when it comes to senior living and all of the benefits that are awarded to our seniors. She is passionate about being that guiding hand for families and being that shoulder to lean on in the toughest times because she knows what it is like to feel lost with so many options out there.

Nichole has worked in senior living for over 16 years and feels blessed to carry on lifelong relationships with many of the seniors and families she has met. She has always had a love for the Senior Community and enjoy their company and helping them when they are in need. Visiting with them is always amazing for her because everyone has a unique life story. She is passionate about guiding families and their loved ones through challenging times and helping them to find the right placement.
