At SimpliAge our mission is to exceed our customer expectations by delivering the highest level of quality to our clients and their families. Our goal is to serve with a commitment to excellence in all that we do because our clients deserve to age with dignity and to love where they live. 

What We Do

SimpliAge is the Inland Northwest's premier NO COST senior advising service.

We are here to help. Our caring professionals bring over 30 years of experience in Senior Living. We work side by side with you and your family to determine the most appropriate senior housing and care options.

• We meet with you one on one, listen, and discuss options based on the care needs. These care needs will address immediate and long term needs.
• We make recommendations and guide you through Senior Living options in your local area.
• We schedule and accompany you on tours of the most appropriate communities that fit your loved ones needs
• We advocate for you

Once you have chosen a place, we will continue to work with you to ensure a successful transition. We work to simplify this difficult process and help you or a loved one find the most appropriate place.

There are no contracts! Customers can discontinue service at any time.

Meet our Team

	Court Abell Owner I have worked in the healthcare field for almost a decade and have a diverse background in sales marketing and community outreach. I enjoy solving problems and helping families find solutions. My goal is to always be learning the newest and best products out there for seniors. I have a passion for customer service and doing what’s best for my clients and their families. I love helping in any way I can!
	Jennifer Jordan Housing and Care Advisor | Washington Jennifer has spent the better part of her career dedicated to our Senior community here in Spokane, WA.  With over 13 years of experience, Jennifer finds enjoyment by helping Seniors and their families navigate through the Senior Living maze. Jennifer has a huge heart for the elder community and it shows through the quality of her work. She takes pride in finding the best fit for her seniors so they can age in place. Her compassion allows her to be very patient and loving to each one of her families. Jennifer loves educating families on the different options available to them.
	Michael Waldrip Regional Account Manager | Washington & Idaho Michael has grown up in Spokane and has a huge heart for seniors. He has spent the better part of 15 years serving our Senior Community. Michael has a true passion for helping others and doing anything he can to help those in need. His knowledge of the senior industry helps him give the best customer service to those he helps, even if it's not with SimpliAge. Michael is patient and truly allows the families his full attention and detail. Michael also has a unique gift of ventriloquism where he has preformed for countless seniors and senior communities. Fun fact about Michael is that he performed for former president Ronald Reagan. Michael was also highly involved in the Spokane Lilac association, where he received the Key to the City from former Mayor Mary Verner in 2009.
	Medina Hujdurovic Accounts Manager | Billing Hi I am Medina. I have been working in different roles in senior living for the past eight years. I have had the opportunity to be on the community level as well as be in the shoes of someone searching for a senior living option for a loved one myself. I pride myself on educating families about the options that they have when it comes to senior living and all of the benefits that are awarded to our seniors. I am passionate about being that guiding hand for families and being that shoulder to lean on in the toughest times because I know what it is like to feel lost with so many options out there.
	Nichole Wilson Housing and Care Coordinator | Washington Hi, I’m Nichole. I have worked in senior living for over 16 years and feel blessed to carry on lifelong relationships with many of the seniors and families I have met. I have always had a love for the Senior Community and enjoy their company and helping them when they are in need. Visiting with them is always amazing because everyone has a unique life story. I am passionate about guiding families and their loved ones through challenging times and helping them to find the right placement.
	Tonya Hyer Housing and Care Advisor | Boise Idaho I have been working within the healthcare industry for over 17 years. It has been my privilege to serve seniors in Assisted living for the last 4 years. One of my favorite parts is to get to know families and their loved ones. My passion is to help families in their time of need and walk them through finding the best possible options. I take pride in listening to what your indivdual wants and needs are to help guide you in the best direction. I know what it is like to personally go through the process of placing a loved one in an assisted living and want to make your journey less stressfull and as smooth as possible.
